MANDI: A tragic Mandi road accident has left five people dead and several families grieving. The accident occurred on Friday when a car carrying wedding guests crashed while returning from Segli to Bhatki Dhar in Himachal Pradesh.
Among the victims were Duni Chand, his wife Kanta Devi, their 10-month-old daughter Kinjal, and Meena Devi, a resident of Nepal. Another victim, Dahluram, died while being taken to the hospital. This heartbreaking car accident Mandi has left the entire area in shock.

Gohar Sub-Divisional Magistrate Laxman Singh Kanet said that immediate financial aid of Rs 25,000 has been given to the families of each deceased as interim relief.
